Whilst we use Push Monkey to better engage with our audience, we here at Soapbox understand that push notification may not be for everyone. Please follow the guide before when it comes to managing or disabling Push Monkey. If you have any questions on the process, please complete the contact us form.
How to unsubscribe
Unsubscribing from push notifications is almost as easy as subscribing.
Step 1: Open your broweser.
Step 2: In your browser, go to Settings >Preferences > Notifications. Please note that there may be different ways to access the Notifications page. If you need assistance, please get in touch.
Step 3: You should see a list of websites you have subscribed to. For the website you want to unsubscribe, simply select “Deny.” It may say ‘Unsubscribe’ instead of ‘Deny’.
Step 4: Close your browser. You shouldn’t receive any new notification after that.
For further details, please review how to unsubscribe from One Signal.
Why am I receiving notifications from you?
You are receiving notifications from Soapbox (sp-bx.com) because you or someone with access to your computer subscribed to it in the first place.
But I never subscribed to this!
Well, if you didn’t, someone with access to your computer did.
Did you hack into my computer to send me these notifications?
Certainly not! Push notifications is a browser feature that has been allowed by you or another person with access to your computer.
Can you please unsubscribe me?
No, we can’t. Only you can do this directly from your computer by following the steps above.
