It’s about time I wrote an article purely on the biggest thing that is missing from people’s diets and the greatest effect this can have on your health. Diets, pills, supplements, juices etc. are all quick fixes that wont necessarily give you the results you are looking for long term and they always have negative side effects. Now if you like quick fixes then water on the other hand, is actually a quick fix that will give you all amazing positive side effects, and more. Everyone I speak with and most of my clients who start with me are not consuming enough water and this is the first thing we action when we start working together.
