Premiere date: January 13th

Remember that Jim Carrey adaptation? Yes? Forget about it now and wipe the slate clean. Neil Patrick Harris is here to terrorize Lemony Snicket’s Baudelaire orphans in the comically bleak adaptation this series deserves. This franchise will have several mysteries to unravel, and will boast cameos from Joan Cusack, Alfre Woodard, Catherine O’Hara, and more.

Santa Clarita Diet

Want a new Netflix comedy? Here is one about a discontent California couple that stars Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant. The plot revolves around the spouses as their daughter leads them down a path of “death and destruction.” No other plot news available for this one yet but it is gearing up to be great.

Marvel’s Iron Fist

Premiere date: March 17th

Another Netflix Marvel Superhero series in the vain of Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. Finn Jones is Danny Rand, a billionaire with fists of fury, in Netflix’s ever-expanding comics-verse. Iron Fist is another step in the road to Netflix’s Heroes for Hire.

G.L.O.W.

Premiere date: Not sure yet

From the mind of Orange Is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan, G.L.O.W. is the 1980s-set serial you never knew you needed about the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. The first season is anticipated to be 10 episodes long and stars Alison Brie as an out-of-work actress trying to make a name for herself in the ring.

Most anticipated television shows on Amazon Prime Instant Video
