What happened behind the scenes on Rumours by Fleetwood Mac? Some rock stars are infamous for hard to work with. Others are known for their drug use and party hard life styles. Whatever they are known for, almost all of them have some pretty interesting stories to tell.

Fleetwood Mac is no exception. The band has had numerous stories told about them but non are as prevalent as those surrounding their aptly named album Rumours. Some of the rumours (see what we did there) come from the lineup that created the album. By the time the aforementioned album was released, the band had been around for a decade. But prior to the release of Rumours, some new members were brought into the fold.

Did you know… Two additions to Fleetwood Mac, the volatile couple Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham in 1975 brought Fleetwood Mac incredible success, but almost tore the band apart.

Nicks and Buckingham, along with Christine and John McVie and Mick Fleetwood, put together one of the best-selling albums in music history while making Rumours. In the end, the band had a Grammy-winning album on their hands, complete with a harmonious undertone of adultery, divorce, in-fighting, and so, so many drugs.
